About Broadmoor
Broadmoor is a large tract in the hills of Central San Clemente, reached by climbing up from San Clemente High School on Avenida Presidio. Homes were built in the mid-1970s and are all single-story, on lots of roughly 7,000 to 13,000 square feet. It sits far enough from the freeway and Avenida Pico to stay fairly quiet, and some homes look out over the coastline and the city.
Local tip: One of my favorite neighborhoods: single-loaded streets, one-story homes, and ocean views, right above San Clemente High School.
