About Cyprus Shore & Cyprus Cove
Cyprus Shore and Cyprus Cove are two separate, side-by-side communities in Southwest San Clemente that share one guard-gated entrance off Avenida Del Presidente. Cyprus Shore sits between Cyprus Cove and Cotton Point. Both are made up of custom homes, and both give residents private access to a beach looking out on Trestles. Cyprus Shore homes run roughly 1,896 to 4,302 square feet; Cyprus Cove homes run about 3,000 to 5,000.
Local tip: This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in town: exclusive, private, and full of history. President Richard Nixon's Western White House, La Casa Pacifica, sits on Calle Isabella, and that street is my dream address.
