Sea Ridge Estates is a private, gated community of about 43 homes in Southeast San Clemente, on one of the highest points in the city. The homes are villa-style customs built from 1990 on, roughly 3,200 to 5,700 square feet on lots of about 7,000 to 9,000 square feet, set along the ridgetop with views of the canyons and the Pacific.
Local tip: My grandparents lived in Sea Ridge Estates, and I spent a lot of time and holidays here growing up. It's a small enclave of about 40 custom homes on one of the highest points in San Clemente.
