About Rancho San Clemente
Rancho San Clemente is a hillside district overlooking the Pier Bowl, with subdivisions set on gradual rises. Many homes and condos look out over mountains, canyons, the Pacific, and on clear days Catalina Island. It includes eleven single-family tracts (two of them gated, Mandalay and Pacific Crest) and three large condo communities, mostly in Spanish and Mediterranean styles. Most tracts connect by way of Calle Del Cerro, which helps keep through-traffic down.
